Renace was founded in September 2013 following the privatisation of the former Remploy business in Chesterfield. Today, Renace put the same care and attention into producing shoes for Websters bringing the traditions and knowledge of over 45 years experience to footwear that your feet will thank you for. Renace is one of the UK's leading providers of employment services and employment to people with disabilities and complex barriers to work. Renace and Websters are working together to provide sustainable work opportunities for those who need it most - making a positive difference to the lives of individuals and communities, and realising commercial benefits for everyone we work with.

Our objective is to make shoes that fit your feet rather than make your feet fit our shoes. We have a range of footwear that comes in a variety of width fittings. We also give you the ability to adjust the shoe to give you a better fit through our ‘bespoke’ option on all of the Websters range.

The majority of shoe manufacturers today import shoes by the container load. These shoes are mass produced for the masses. At Websters we believe that everyone is an individual and that is why we carefully craft each shoe by hand and to order for each customer.
