Delivery and returns policy
Our Websters range of shoes are made especially for you, so this means that they may take up to 10 days to complete and be ready for despatch.
Socks, insoles and other products are typically ready to despatch the same day (if the order is received before 2pm) or the following day (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays).
Free Standard postage and packing
We aim to despatch all complete orders within 24 hours of your shoes being manufactured (we do not despatch on Saturdays or Sundays). Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 working days from the date of despatch.
Next working day delivery service
If you need your order very quickly we also offer a next working day delivery service at £6.50 per order but please note that we are only able to offer this service for goods which we have in stock. You can find out whether your product is in stock by calling our help line (free from a land line) on 0800 246 4020 between 9am and 5pm. If you make your order between 5pm and 9am we will not be able to verify whether your order is in stock and that we will be able to ship it the next working day. The next working day delivery service is available up until 1pm daily, Monday to Thursday, with delivery being made to you on the next working day.
We also offer the next day delivery service for Websters shoes, but we can only despatch these goods once we have completed the manufacturing process which takes between 3 and 10 days. You can find despatch estimates for all of our shoes on the product detail page. Please also note that our next day service is only available to addresses within the UK.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your order. If for any reason you need to exchange or request a refund then just peel off the return label and return the shoes to us. All we ask is that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, within 30 days of your order.
Please obtain a Proof of Postage in case your package gets lost in the post!
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange your shoes then you can swap your item(s) with FREE returns postage. And if you can't decide on an alternative pair of shoes and would instead like to get a refund, just return your shoes to us. As soon as we've received them we'll refund your money minus £4.00 to cover return postage.
